- Improve The Side Effects of TreatmentThe principal objective of the Nutritional Department is to help in the medical treatment of the patients through their hospitalization in UNOP and in an out-patient form. At the same time, they receive nutritional intervention to help minimize and improve the secondary effects of the treatment as well as maintain or improve their nutritional health.01
- Food and Nutrition EducationDuring the whole course of the disease, the patient receives nutritional follow-ups and education in nutritional plans, seeking to promote an integral treatment.02
- Mejorar los Efectos Secundarios del TratamientoEl Departamento de Nutrición tiene como objetivo principal apoyar el tratamiento médico de los pacientes durante sus estancias hospitalarias en UNOP y de forma ambulatoria, realizando intervenciones nutricionales para minimizar o mejorar los posibles efectos secundarios de su tratamiento; así como mantener y/o mejorar su estado nutricional.01
- Educación Alimentaria NutricionalDurante todo el curso de la enfermedad los pacientes reciben seguimientos nutricionales y planes de Educación Alimentaria Nutricional buscando promover un tratamiento integral.02
