Proveemos educación personalizada, oportuna y comprensible de acuerdo al nivel educativo del paciente y su familiar.
Personalized, opportune, and comprehensive education is given to the patient and his family at his level of education. The purpose being to accomplish the inclusion of the same in the different processes of the disease, from the beginning until the end, taking into account and respecting the multicultural differences of the country, which permits a better response to the treatment.

To involve the patient, father, mother, or guardian helps in the autonomy of the same, it diminishes the anxiety at the moment of egress of the hospitalization, at the same time, it permits them to recognize the symptoms of emergency, which will help them to take important decisions for the immediate attention of the patient.
El involucrar al paciente, padre, madre o acompañante ayuda a la autonomía de los mismos, disminuyendo la ansiedad al momento del egreso hospitalario, a la vez les permite reconocer síntomas de emergencias que les ayudan a tomar decisiones importantes para la atención inmediata del paciente.
